Remote Crushing in McGrath, AK

About this PROJECT

Located in the Alaskan interior, McGrath can be accessed by air or river barge only. Alaska Marine Excavation mobilzed a complete rock crushing system to McGrath by barge. Transit time was four weeks. The contract was completed on spec for Northstar Construction stockpiling crushed surface coarse. This project highlighted AKMX's ability to operate in exceptionally remote environments.
